Payment Terms & Information

1. Mobile Money

Pay by M-PESA using the following Paybill details:

2. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available within Nairobi County only. Availability must be confirmed for the order before dispatch. For orders outside Nairobi County, use another payment method available for the order and pay before dispatch, unless other terms have been approved in writing.

3. Payment on Pickup

Payment may be made when collecting an order from our CBD office, if pickup has been arranged with our team.

4. Invoice Payment

Customers may request a quotation or invoice for their order. Unless Scorelink has approved credit terms in writing, the invoice must be paid and the payment confirmed before goods are dispatched. Any approved credit period or payment arrangement will be stated in writing.

5. Bank Payment

Bank payments may be made by RTGS, PesaLink, direct bank transfer, EFT or cheque. Please use the invoice or order reference when making payment.

Cheques are accepted. Goods will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared and the funds have been confirmed.
